i had the honor of photographing my friend and photography mentor's wedding (marilee langner photography). dan and marilee were married at the meadow creek bed and breakfast in pine, co. the whole weekend was like being at camp. on friday night we had a campfire and sang camp songs. they even had fire dancers! photos from the wedding to come. here are a few from friday night.

kristin and mike are getting married on July 26th in breckenridge, co. they are excited to be joining in this union and wanted to also celebrate the beginning of a new family.

i photographed lena and superstar (the dog) at their house up in the mountains. it was such a beautiful setting and so special to be at home. i look forward to meeting the new addition...coming soon!

one of my closest friends was married over memorial day in northern new jersey at crystal springs resort. it was my first time in jersey and i was so surprised at how green and beautiful it is. it was fun to be a guest at a wedding again...although that didn't keep me from snapping a few pics!

in march, i visited a good friend in seattle, washington. the greenery was amazing! i felt like i was in an enchanted forest.

i love old photographs and especially family photos. my dad was a photographer so i could spend hours looking through boxes in my mom's house. here are a few great shots i found this winter. hopefully you will be inspired to pick up the camera and capture those special moments...even if it is mc donalds nite.
